The Duke Health Private Diagnostic Clinic (PDC) has once again retained Spirit Consulting to bring their executive search expertise to the PDC Human Resources Department. Spirit Consulting will assist in providing continued success for Duke Health’s PDC by searching for their next Assistant Director of Human Resources – Operations.

The Assistant Director of Human Resources – Operations (ADHRO) is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and transforming the delivery of human resources from transactional to consultative in alignment with the PDC’s business objectives.  The Assistant Director will demonstrate and model a strong commitment to building a high performing, effective team while fostering a culture of customer service, innovation, and quality services for the organization.  This ADHRO will function with a strong business and executive acumen at times in place of the Chief Human Resources Officer when necessary.  He or she will oversee the Human Resources Generalists within the PDC HR department on a daily basis.

The Private Diagnostic Clinic at Duke University Health System is the independent, multi-specialty physician practice of Duke Health and is focused on providing the highest quality services to its 1,750 physician members and their patients. Founded in 1931, the PDC is one of the first and largest faculty practices in the United States.
