For example, the CPI provides hiring managers detailed insights into a candidate’s work-related characteristics, motivations, and how they manage themselves and others. The test also highlights strengths as well as developmental opportunities for the candidate. The OCAI test can then be used to understand a candidate’s current and ideal organizational norms, values, and behavioral motivation.
