MANAGER OF OUTPATIENT HOSPITAL CODING

Spirit Consulting recently filled a Manager of Outpatient Hospital Coding for a $15B academic medical center based in the south east United States. This role is responsible for the oversight of all functions within the Coding Operation departments, including but not limited to providing support at the division level for daily departmental operations, reimbursement opportunities, and various programs.

The Manager of Outpatient Hospital Coding Oversee coding operations for designated areas of responsibility to ensure assignment and timely management of un-coded accounts. Act as contact and coordinator for organization coding needs, and maintains routine touch points and monitoring of coding activities with coding team and business partners.

The hired Spirit Consulting candidate possesses a Masters in Management & Leadership, a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) & Certified Coding Specialist (CSC) Certifications, and nearly 20 years of experience working with on-shore and off-shore coders.
