DEPUTY CHIEF OF TOTAL REWARDS
As a direct report to the Chief Human Resources Officer for a $70B Governmental municipality in New York, the Deputy Chief of Total Rewards is responsible for the development, communication, implementation, and administration of comprehensive total rewards plans that are cost effective, competitive and compliant with statutory requirements. This role is supported by a Director of Benefits, Director of Compensation, and Director of Pension & Tax-Favored Programs and their respective teams. This leadership position will interact regularly with the Chairman/CEO, Chief of Staff, Agency Presidents, Deputy Chiefs, Chief Procurement Officer, Chief Financial Officer, & General Counsel. The hired candidate by Spirit Consulting possesses a Juris Doctorate and over 30 years of experience in the government sector in New York. She will be responsible for reshaping the organization as it transitions through a major agency wide transformation.
