Christopher Gomez is a consulting professional with fifteen years of industry experience. After spending twelve years in a traditional role establishing strategic relationships with the nation’s premier organizations, Christopher felt called to establish Spirit Consulting, a management consulting company whose executive team is composed of accomplished business leaders tied together by their zeal to carry out the mission of fulfilling their clients’ dreams through virtuous service. Spirit Consulting offers services in Executive Search, Work Psychology, Business Strategy, Executive Coaching, and HR Consulting. Today, Christopher serves as the leader of the Executive Search service line and leads the firm’s operations as Chief Executive Officer. In recognition of his accomplishments as the CEO of a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), he was honored in 2020 as CEO of the Year by CEO Monthly and a Top 40 under 40 by Negocios Now.
Among his many passions, Christopher enjoys raising his darling boys, playing guitar with his wife, and spending carefree timelessness with family and friends. He appreciates playing and coaching hockey, writing, weight training, running, and public speaking. As a public speaker, Christopher has made several appearances on NBC, CBS, WGN, and Shalom Media. He is a regular contributor on Relevant Radio and the Chicago Tribune.
Christopher is wildly passionate about developing his community and channels this desire by serving as a board member for two nonprofit organizations: Catholic Sports Camps (for which he formed the nonprofit entity) and River of Light (an organization that food-rescues 900K meals a year for the needy in the Chicagoland area). Christopher is a lifelong learner, and aims to use the skills he has obtained and strengthened by completing a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Illinois and Master of Business Administration from DePaul University to support and empower the people around him.
