Conduct due diligence reports, including Hogan Leadership Assessments, reference checks, background checks, and financial checks, to ensure hiring managers optimize their time by interviewing the most suitable candidates.
Set clear expectations for all search stakeholders from the beginning of the search by leveraging a Statement of Work that includes a service level agreement, competitor and target research, a sample candidate matrix, timeline, key deliverable dates, rewritten job description, and interview questionnaire.
Identify a target market for pursuing candidates with the appropriate skill mix and educational background.
Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, reference, background, and financial checks, and I/O psychology analysis.
Present detailed interview results in a matrix form on each candidate to narrow the field to the top finalists.
Assist in determining job offers, including salary negotiations, benefits, and commencement dates.
Utilize an I/O psychologist to onboard and integrate the hired candidate into their new position by debriefing their Hogan assessment, creating an individual development plan (IDP), holding them accountable to the IDP, and then passing their onboarding and integration to your hiring manager to accelerate their effectiveness into your organization.
