  • Conduct meetings with our client’s senior leadership & search team to determine their vision for, expectations of, and commitment to the recruiting efforts.
  • Set clear expectations for all search stakeholders from the beginning of the search by leveraging a Statement of Work that includes a service level agreement, competitor and target research, a sample candidate matrix, timeline, key deliverable dates, rewritten job description, and interview questionnaire.
  • Identify a target market for pursuing candidates with the appropriate skill mix and educational background.
  • Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, reference, background, and financial checks, and I/O psychology analysis.
  • Present detailed interview results in matrix form on each candidate to narrow the field to the top finalists.
  • Assist in determining job offers, including salary negotiations, benefits, and commencement dates.
  • Utilize an I/O psychologist to onboard and integrate the hired candidate into their new position through their first year of employment to maximize their effectiveness
