  • Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, reference, background, and financial checks, and I/O psychology analysis.
  • Present detailed interview results in matrix form on each candidate to narrow the field to the top finalists.
  • Assist in determining job offers, including salary negotiations, benefits, and commencement dates.
  • Utilize an I/O psychologist to onboard and integrate the hired candidate into their new position through their first year of employment to maximize their effectiveness.
