After being ordained a priest, Paprocki studied law at DePaul University College of Law to pursue his goal to help impoverished people. By working as a parish priest at St. Michael Church in South Chicago, Bishop Paprocki had the opportunity to co-found the South Chicago Legal Clinic, answering to the legal needs of the poor, his initial reason for pursuing a profession in law. Paprocki studied Polish in Krakow, Poland, and later served a Polish immigrant community on the northwest side of Chicago.

In this episode, Bishop Paprocki explains what it means to be a leader and his beliefs on managing vices and virtues. He speaks about the virtue of kindness and how a little goes a long way, especially during the pandemic. He also discusses his decision to reopen his schools during Covid and how to make informed decisions as a leader.
